Your privacy and the security of your data are our top priority. At Lleno, we are committed to transparency in how we collect and use your information, so you can manage your finances with complete peace of mind.
To enable the app’s features, Lleno collects the following categories of data:
Registration data: Your email address and a unique device identifier, needed to create your account and sync your data across devices.
Financial data (Open Banking): When you connect your bank accounts, we receive transaction information (dates, amounts, categories, merchants) on a read-only basis through our certified partners. We never request or store your banking passwords.
Cryptocurrency asset data: If you connect crypto wallets, we use only public addresses to track balances and exchange rates.
Technical information: Data about your operating system, device type, and crash reports, which help us make the app more stable.
We use the information we collect solely to make managing your finances effective:
Core functionality: To display your income, expenses, and overall balance in real time.
Intelligent analytics (AI): Our algorithms analyze your financial patterns to give you personalized saving recommendations, forecast your end-of-month balance, and automatically categorize your spending. Data is analyzed in anonymized form.
Personalized offers: Based on your financial profile, we may suggest the banking products or currency exchange rates that are most advantageous for you.
We apply a multi-layered protection system to keep your finances safe:
Data encryption: All transmitted and stored information is protected using modern encryption standards that meet global banking requirements.
Biometrics and PIN code: You can use biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID) to log in to your account. You can additionally protect access to the app with a PIN code. Biometric data and your PIN code are processed and stored solely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
Read-only mode: Our system is technically unable to initiate payments or transfers from your bank accounts. Access is limited to viewing transaction history only.
Lleno does not sell your data to third-party companies. Information may be shared only in the following cases:
Certified partners: To operate Open Banking and currency exchange, we work with trusted financial providers (for example, TrueLayer or 1inch) that comply with strict international security standards.
Shared financial profiles: If you create a shared financial profile (for example, of the “Family” type) and invite participants to it, the selected data — the profile’s shared accounts and operations — becomes visible to the invited participants according to their role (administrator / editor / viewer). Managing participants and their access rights is available to the profile owner.
You have full control over your information:
Access and export: You can view your data at any time or export it to PDF/Excel formats.
Right to deletion: You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. In this case, all your personal and financial data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Disconnecting sync: You can sever the connection with any linked bank or wallet at any time.
We may periodically update this Policy in connection with changes in legislation or the introduction of new features. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
If you have questions or suggestions regarding your privacy, please contact our customer care team through the “Support” section in the app or email us at llenoapp@gmail.com.
By using Lleno, you entrust us with your finances, and we work every day to live up to that trust.
